Modified on Mon, 17 Apr 2023 at 01:24 PM

Driving in Iceland in winter can be challenging but not very difficult if you exercise caution. All our vehicles are equipped with winter tires during the winter season of Iceland, making it safe to drive during winter in Iceland. We also use the studded version of winter tires to add more safety than the standard requirement. The safety of our customers is our priority. All you have to do is monitor the weather and road conditions to avoid unnecessary risks. We have included for you the official driving guide from the Icelandic Transport Authority.
